The free launch tool runs in your browser. Most issues can be corrected without uploading your original screenshots anywhere.
Before contacting support
- Use PNG, JPG, or WebP images no larger than 20 MB each.
- Try one screenshot first before processing a full set.
- Refresh the page if the preview becomes stuck.
- Use an updated Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari browser.
- Choose Fit when you do not want any part of the screenshot cropped.
Common questions
Why is there space around my screenshot?
Fit mode preserves the complete screenshot and fills unmatched space with your selected background. Set padding to 0% or use Crop mode to fill more of the canvas.
Why was part of the screenshot removed?
Crop mode fills the target dimensions and may trim edges. Switch to Fit mode to preserve the entire image.
Where are my images stored?
In the free launch version, screenshot processing happens locally in the browser and the working session is cleared when you refresh or close the page.
