These terms govern use of the AppScreenSizer launch website and screenshot-processing tool.

Your content

You keep ownership of screenshots and other content you process. You confirm that you have the right to use and modify every image you select. Do not use the service to process unlawful content or content that violates another person’s rights.

Store requirements

AppScreenSizer provides formatting assistance, not a guarantee of acceptance by Apple, Google, or another marketplace. Store specifications and review practices can change. You remain responsible for reviewing the current requirements and confirming that exported assets accurately represent your app.

Free launch service

The launch version is provided without charge and may change, pause, or be discontinued. Features may be added, limited, or moved into paid plans later. No purchase is currently required for the browser-based resizing features shown on the site.

No warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted operation, perfect compatibility, preservation of source quality, or approval of any app or listing.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AppScreenSizer and Influential Works will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.

Responsible use

You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious code, overload the service, or use automated methods that harm availability for others.

Changes

These terms may be updated as AppScreenSizer adds accounts, payments, cloud processing, or other features. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
